After a year of portfolio expansion at Kondaur Capital, David opened and ran the company’s Northeast division in New York in 2009. He generated over thirty million dollars in revenue and liquidated hundreds of residential assets. In 2013, David returned to Los Angeles and transitioned into his position as founder of Macoy Capital, where he capitalized on his reputable interpersonal strengths, cultivating successful alliances between investors and stakeholders.
