Bill Tessar

William J. Tessar is CEO and president of CV3 Financial Services. During his 35 years of mortgage experience, Tessar has founded and served as president of four companies in the mortgage and private lending space, resulting in originations exceeding $40 billion. With a fierce following of team members, Tessar launched CV3 in 2023 and quickly grew originations to nearly $500 million in the first six months – asserting CV3’s position as a leader in the private lending space.
