Danielle Simon

As Head of Credit and Capital Markets at Sunday Capital, Danielle is responsible for oversight of credit and underwriting, loan performance and loan pricing as well as for expansion of Sunday’s loan programs, allocation of loans, and building and deepening relationships with investors and capital providers across the industry. Previously, Danielle served as the Head of Marketplace Strategy and a Director of Capital Markets at PeerStreet where she was responsible for structuring loan programs and underwriting standards, managing relationships with loan buyers and capital providers, loan pricing, and strategic operations on both the supply and demand side of the PeerStreet Marketplace. Prior to PeerStreet, Danielle held senior investment positions at Asset Management firms in both Los Angeles and New York. Danielle graduated with magna cum laude with a BA in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis, and received a Masters in Real Estate Development from USC.
